Administrative Assistant Job - Wallingford, CT - Pentron Clinical Technologies, LLC
Provide general administrative support to the Manufacturing Division and provide back-up assistance to the Quality and Clinical Operations Departments as needed.
Essential Functions:
Provide administrative support for the following:
* Report generation and maintenance: production rates, labor tracking, scrap rates, expense/budget tracking, etc. * Project management - maintain status reports of projects. * Power Point presentations ? preparation. * BOM changes (documentation control). * Routing change forms (documentation control). * SOP maintenance. * Meeting minutes. * Process Flow chart maintenance. * Employee training/retraining records. * Coding and entering purchase orders to appropriate business units. * Design plan maintenance. * Typing, filing and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must have excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Internet and/or other similar programs.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Must be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment.
Must possess the ability to perform detail-oriented work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of JD Edwards or other AS400-platform application is a plus.
Prior work experience in a manufacturing work environment a plus.
