Description Bright Now! Dental, Inc., along with its subsidiaries, owns or provides business support services to almost 300 dental offices nationwide. Independent dentists deliver general, specialty, and cosmetic care to more than one million patients each year.
Because Bright Now! Dental, Inc. supports independent dentists in the normally time-consuming administrative, financial, marketing, and information services aspects of their practices, dentists are able to devote virtually all of their time to caring for patients and maintaining their dental knowledge and skills.
Under general supervision, an Associate Dentist diagnoses and treats diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums, and related oral structures.
Responsibilities: # Examines, diagnoses, and provides treatment counseling to patients
# Performs cleanings and provides all patient care including, fillings, crowns, fixed and removable bridgework, extractions, and root canals
# Meets productivity goals.
# Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to patient needs.
# Solicits patient feedback to improve service.
# Directs Assistants and other auxiliary personnel

Qualifications: # Dental doctorate degree from accredited dental school and current state licensure
# Must be willing to work on saturdays.
# Must have 2-3 yrs of experience
# Able to performe all phases of dentistry
# Must be able to perform Molar root canals
